Dave and I went to Stanley Market on Saturday. It's a small market with art shops, cheap clothing and Chinese souvenirs about 30 minutes away from the city. I have been wanting to get out to take some photos lately so this was a good opportunity.
Here are a few pictures from our trip to Beijing this past weekend. We went to the Great Wall on Friday and saw the Forbidden City and Tianamen Square on Saturday.

The sunny skies from July are over. We're getting the first tropical cyclone of the year right now. It's been raining a ton. The rooftop across the street from us now looks like a swimming pool.
We got all moved into our new apartment this weekend. It's really nice! Here are some photos and a video of the new place. I was playing music pretty loud as I was walking around with the video so you may want to turn down the volume on your computer. I'm happy to have an awesome stereo system to listen to my music again! The shower and remote controlled blinds are also pretty sweet :) Today is also Dave's 29th birthday!!!

Today, June 11, is also our one year anniversary from the day we met. Best year of my life so far :)
I'm also making a wedding website for us, but it won't be ready until we figure out where the heck to have the wedding!
